Delete your ProCoach India account

You can permanently delete your account and all data associated with it at any time.

Delete from inside the app (instant)

Open ProCoach India and go to your Profile.
Tap Delete My Account.
Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Or request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email priyeshmishraofficial@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my ProCoach India account". We process requests within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in
Profile, name, phone number and photos
All health & fitness data (steps, water, sleep, measurements, progress photos, cycle entries, food diary)
Coach/gym business data you created (clients, programs, payment records, gym members and plans)
Your marketplace trainer profile

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What may be kept

Records that belong to another user's account — for example, a gym owner's fee ledger entry about a membership you held, or messages you sent in a chat — remain with that user, as they are their business records. Crash diagnostics already sent to Firebase Crashlytics expire automatically (90 days).
