Who we are

ProCoach India ("we", "us") provides a fitness coaching, gym management and personal health tracking app for coaches, gym owners and members in India. Contact: priyeshmishraofficial@gmail.com.

Data we collect

Account information — name, email address, phone number, role (coach / member / gym owner), and profile photo if you add one.
Health & fitness data — steps, calories, water intake, sleep hours, mood, body measurements, progress photos, menstrual-cycle entries (only if you use the tracker), workouts and food diary entries. This data is collected only when you enter it or enable tracking.
Health Connect data (read-only) — if you connect Health Connect, we read your steps, calories burned and workout sessions to show them in the app and count them toward your daily activity. We never write to, edit or delete anything in Health Connect, and this data is never used for advertising or shared with third parties. You can revoke access at any time in your device's Health Connect settings.
Business records — for coaches and gym owners: client lists, training programs, payment records you enter, and gym membership plans. We do not process payments; UPI payments happen directly between member and gym owner.
Approximate location (city) — only if you use the trainer marketplace or register a gym, to show nearby trainers/gyms. We never collect background location.
Photos and camera — the camera is used for the food scanner and progress photos only when you choose to take a picture. The microphone is used only when you tap the voice-input button in the food scanner.
Device & diagnostics — app version, device model, Android version, and crash logs (via Firebase Crashlytics and in-app issue reports) to fix problems.

How we use it

To provide the app's features: coaching tools, gym management, health tracking, food logging, marketplace and chat.
To let your coach see the fitness data you share with them inside the app.
To fix bugs and improve reliability (crash logs, issue reports).
To send you notifications you've allowed (renewal reminders, coach messages, announcements).

What we never do

We never sell your data.
We never share your health data with third parties or use it for advertising.
We never post anything on your behalf.

Where your data lives

Data is stored in Google Firebase (authentication, database, crash reporting, notifications) and Supabase (profile and portfolio images). Both encrypt data in transit and at rest.

Data retention & deleting your account

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all your data at any time from Profile → Delete My Account inside the app, or by following the steps on our account deletion page. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Children

ProCoach India is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes
